Consolidated schemas
Six consolidated schema families are preserved under the standard-named source directory with the SCHEMA__FROZEN__HI-S prefix: center and standing; source, projection, and context; purpose, authority, and role; route, gate, action, and consequence; event, witness, contest, and repair; and lifecycle, transfer, and residual state.

Package SHA-256: d610aedf735fa5f3c7b141cd7cb968488ec4cf84cd650509444e7a8e496781c6
The complete package and its independent TF-MVI-1 reference-scenario export passed their internal SHA-256 manifests before installation. The standard-named copies are byte-preserving source copies; the inbound ZIP and extracted contents remain in the intake archive.
Working focus
HI-S closes the candidate H/I sequence by mapping the public reader path to the technical branch, freezing Stage J terminology, auditing contradictions and omissions, consolidating six schema families, defining cumulative conformance levels, selecting a bounded reference scenario, and bridging privacy, security, misuse, and threat-model concerns into a minimum viable implementation profile.
The reference scenario demonstrates a failed gate, a valid action, a consequence, correction propagation, retirement, authority revocation, and an independently verifiable witness. The package reports six consolidated schemas, fifteen validated reference records, ten detected threat classes, a passing conformance claim, and an independent export.
These are structural and internal conformance results, not legal, ethical, clinical, democratic, safety, cybersecurity, production, or public-comprehension certification.
Gate and boundaries
HI-S is complete at v0.1 with a PASS WITH CONDITIONS gate. Conditions include reader-comprehension testing, continued research-term restraint, bounded conformance claims, external action-gate enforcement, local-first operation, reversibility, provider-independent witness verification, no production personal data, and no use in clinical, legal, financial, or public-adjudication settings.
The H/I artifacts remain working or candidate materials. Installation does not make them canonical or a production standard.
Roadmap transition
J.0 — Reference Implementation and Pilot Harness — and J.1 — Independent Verification, Selective Disclosure, and Pilot Hardening — are now installed as bounded executable candidates targeting TF-C4 + bounded TF-C5 retirement. J.1 passes with conditions and advances the next pass to J.2 — External Review, Multi-Party Trial, and Release Candidate.
Active status correction
The archived HI-S PHASE-STATUS.md stated that Stage D and Stage E installation remained unconfirmed. That statement is superseded for active repository status by independent verification recorded on 2026-07-15.
