Spec

This seam collects the implementation-facing material for private authorization witnessing.

The spec material is the protocol-facing half of the family: it names the API surface, the transport assumptions, and the contract boundaries that let witness marks move without collapsing into an all-purpose policy language.

Treat it as the place where witness marks become operational interfaces, not yet a broader doctrine. That keeps the family legible as a system design instead of a slogan.
