WitnessKey

This branch collects witness-rooted consent and provenance infrastructure.

It reads as a protocol family rather than a single essay: the material starts with a compressed context packet, then splits into positioning, spec, and vision seams. The common pattern is simple: witness first, consent downstream, provenance preserved.

Quantum Invariants fits here as a grounding reference for how witness, boundary, and comparator language can stay stable across different surfaces.
