J.2 advances the J.1 hardened pilot into a threshold-approved release candidate and a synthetic three-party trial. It does not admit the system to an external operational pilot.

The trial reaches retirement with policy version 4 active, two distinct participant corrections, policy rollback proven, one external scheduling effect after queue faults, and all declared runtime proofs true. The packaged release candidate and its nested witness pass their standalone verifiers.
The package’s own two-clean-staging-directory test reports identical builds. An independent rebuild from the preserved source snapshot also passed its internal reproducibility check and produced a valid release, but its archive digest differs from the packaged precomputed digest (f0febd06257443c6c3915d54fd1cb79f68a8a7dcbaacfaad89d1707f007a6866 versus independently rebuilt 4808ddbf0df0cfdb02bf90e89cb712c38f8550a4bc1cdd0b218148c6a2a98ee4). This is recorded as a cross-run reproducibility boundary, not as byte-identical release parity.
Review status and conditions
J.2 contains separate-process security and governance dry runs, an internal privacy review, and a scripted accessibility review. It explicitly does not claim external human security, privacy, accessibility, governance, or participant-comprehension review.
Conditions before external pilot admission include separate organizational key custody, real identity and role lifecycle, independent security and privacy review, external assistive-technology testing, observed real multi-party correction, networked queue-failure testing, and release-candidate admission by an external governance process.
The package contains synthetic records only and is not approved for clinical, legal, financial, employment, benefits, credit, insurance, election, or other high-stakes adjudication.
Active metadata note
The archived J.2 PHASE-STATUS.md and roadmap reconciliation artifact say repository ingestion and active D/E metadata correction were not claimed by the package. That limitation applies to the archived package’s historical status. The active repository already records the independently verified Stage D/E correction; this J.2 intake does not revert it.
