Telic Fields G.10 — Navigation, Deliberation, and Multiobjective Decision Review

Parent lineage: The Telic Field Papers

Source artifacts

The complete package passed its internal SHA-256 manifest before intake. The ZIP hash is 1060284d19132773d0bba4cc6f5911f848ceec9b3a230bc01891b62d11fc0176.

Working finding

G.10 grounds polytelometric navigation beside multiobjective optimization, MCDA and outranking, value-focused thinking, problem structuring, robust decision-making, scenario planning, computational argumentation, negotiation support, social choice, deliberative democracy, Polis, Human–AI deliberation, and mixed-initiative systems.

The clearest candidate addition is a source-, standing-, consent-, and lifecycle-aware admission layer before and around established decision methods. It preserves nonaggregable fields, protected conditions, missing standing, cost bearers, route alternatives, no-decision states, representation fairness, adaptive consent, and decision witness.

G.10 remains a research and claim-boundary artifact. The navigation record and route-governance checklist do not replace domain-specific legal, professional, democratic, or fiduciary process, and are not production specifications.

Roadmap transition

G.10 is complete as a working review package. F.10/G.11, F.11/G.12, and FG-S are now installed. The next pass is HI-0 — Controlled Branch Opening before deeper H.1 or I.1 branching.
