Trust Interoperability Standard
This branch defines the trust interoperability stack in the current intake.
Quantum Invariants is the neighboring grounding language: it names the boundary, comparator, and repair vocabulary that a trust standard can lean on when it needs a common reference layer. Grounding and intuition matter here too, because any interoperable trust surface still has to remain legible to the systems and people doing the noticing, selecting, and checking.

Working Read
This branch now separates into the core trust standard, the Dialogica threading model, and the graph/API surfaces that make the standard interoperable. Read semantically, it is a governance surface as much as a trust surface: it defines what can be compared, what can be verified across systems, and what evidence a shared network of actors can safely rely on. The nearby Voting Machine project is a useful concrete instance of the same problem space because it has to keep trust, witness, governance, and audit aligned while preserving privacy. That makes this branch a good place to keep the trust comparator honest about where evidence comes from, how it is situated, and which signals should stay outside the wire.
