The twelve candidate schema sources are preserved under the standard-named source directory, with the SCHEMA__CANDIDATE__I-10 prefix: deployment field assembly, deployment standing, runtime-purpose authority grant, capability/role/tool grant, deployment consent/notice/refusal, runtime memory/output capture, deployment drift event, deployment incident/repair, runtime monitoring/consequence return, operator/provider transfer, model succession/retirement, and consentful-deployment witness.

The complete package and its independent deployment-witness export passed their internal SHA-256 manifests before installation. The standard-named copies are byte-preserving source copies; the inbound ZIP and extracted contents remain in the intake archive.
Working focus
HI-10 completes I.10 and H.10 and closes the candidate H/I sequence. It treats deployment as a new field; admits runtime standing without training contribution; separates capability, role, tool access, and authority; governs notice, consent, refusal, runtime data recruitment, purpose drift, meaningful review, affected-center repair, consequence monitoring, operator/provider transfer, model succession, rollback, retirement, and residual obligations.
The package reports twelve candidate schemas, eight positive demonstrations, twelve negative conformance fixtures, an event-generated ConsentfulDeploymentWitness, an independent deployment-witness export, and zero technical/public contradictions. These are structural and internal semantic validations, not legal authority, consent sufficiency, clinical safety, cybersecurity, complete compensation, complete residual-state deletion, scientific validity, or public-reader comprehension.
Gate and boundaries
HI-10 is complete at v0.1 with a PASS WITH CONDITIONS gate. Remaining conditions include runtime-standing scale, tool-token overreach, consent fragmentation, cumulative drift, incident minimization, dynamic model-version opacity, retirement abandonment, and independent public-reader testing.
The I.10 specification, H.10 page, matrices, schemas, demonstrations, fixtures, and export remain working/candidate artifacts. Installation does not make them canonical or production specifications.
Roadmap transition
HI-10 closed the candidate H/I sequence. HI-S — H/I Cross-Branch Synthesis, Conformance Freeze, and J Transition — is now installed and validated. The active next pass is J.0, a bounded reference implementation and pilot-harness phase that must not promote research claims into production guarantees.
