Governance and Games

This cluster covers the governance, access control, and game-system patent family. All provisional patent filings in this cluster are now treated as informing artifacts for the wiki, not as active prosecution work.

Current Shape

  • 8 governance and game documents.

Working Read

This is the access-control and governance layer: voting, offline gaming, and resonance gating as patentable system patterns.

Read now as a governance atlas rather than a patent-ops folder. The voting machine branch names an offline trust boundary, the offline-gambling branch names deterministic play without network dependency, and the resonance-gating branch names consent-conditioned access. Together they describe how authority, participation, and system state get gated.

That makes the cluster useful even after the provisional filings are abandoned: the documents still inform the wiki’s governance vocabulary, especially where consent, witness, trust, revocation, and offline custody need to stay legible.

The three manuscript pages now have markdown source copies in artifacts/standard-named/; the cover sheets and N417 remain archival witnesses. The Voting Machine project page now serves as the first-class governance entry point for the strongest civic branch in this cluster, while this page remains the patent-lineage map.

Next Actions

  1. Keep the governance and game set together.
  2. Keep the Offline Gambling, Voting Machine, and Progressive Resonance Gating pages stable as durable sub-branches.
  3. Split only if a finer access or gameplay seam appears.
  4. Keep the markdown source copies as the working reference and the intake files as archival evidence.
