How Works

This branch collects the broad explanatory-essay family that asks how a thing works and then turns that into a readable public explanation.

It is intentionally shallow for now. The material already touches consent, intent, money, audit, accountability, honesty, exploitation, balance, living, reality, gravity, now, acceptance, emotion, and ego, but the set is still better treated as one umbrella until a later pass proves that one of those themes deserves a separate branch.

How Intuition Works remains a sibling branch, not a child. This page is the wider essay map around the rest of the how*works cluster.

Working Read

The branch works as a compression node for a family of explanatory essays that are durable individually but not yet fully split.

The consent and intent pieces connect directly to the existing consent stack. The money, accountability, honesty, and exploitation pieces lean toward governance and economic framing. The state and orientation pieces read more like world-model or loop-navigation essays. The self and affect pieces sit close to the emotional and identity branches already present elsewhere in the repo.

That makes this a useful bridge page: it keeps the cluster visible without forcing every essay into a separate branch before the corpus has enough perspective.

Next Actions

  1. Keep the umbrella branch stable until one theme develops a second durable seam.
  2. Split a thematic rail only when it starts recurring across multiple essays.
  3. Keep the symbolic variant separate until its naming stabilizes.
