Shared Persistence as a Coordination Primitive
Working definition: shared persistence is a non-executing state layer that lets multiple agents see current priorities, context, or pending state without forcing immediate resolution. It is coordination infrastructure, not decision authority.
This page is a concept page, not a canon declaration. It compresses the persistent-state seam that shows up in Dialogica, conversation theory, and consent-scoped communication.

Why It Matters
When several autonomous priority setters share a system, conflict is not the main failure mode. The failure mode is escalation without pause. Shared persistence gives the system a place to hold state long enough for context, consent, or urgency to decay or clarify before action.
That makes it useful across human judgment, AI planning, team coordination, and governance surfaces where the system needs to see itself before it acts.
