I.8 candidate schemas
The twelve candidate schema sources are preserved under the standard-named source directory, with the SCHEMA__CANDIDATE__I-8 prefix: minority-field retention, model correction/refusal, model disagreement, model field map, model-mediated decision witness, model role/authority ledger, model tool/action boundary, option/agenda generation, provider-telos disclosure, semantic-operator output, standing-preserving summary, and sycophancy/synthetic-consensus event.

The complete package and its independent model-mediated witness export passed their internal SHA-256 manifests before installation. The standard-named copies are byte-preserving source copies; the inbound ZIP and extracted contents remain in the intake archive.
Working focus
HI-8 completes I.8 and H.8 as a phase-locked pass. It treats models as semantic navigators rather than sovereign centers; distinguishes maps as projections of projections; labels source, inference, summary, generation, recommendation, and authorization; preserves standing through compression; retains minority fields; exposes option authorship and agenda power; detects sycophancy and synthetic consensus; discloses provider purpose; preserves model disagreement; blocks recommendations at the action boundary; and makes correction and refusal operative.
The package reports twelve candidate schemas, eight positive demonstrations, twelve negative conformance fixtures, an event-generated ModelMediatedDecisionWitness, an independent model-mediated export, and zero technical/public contradictions. These are structural and internal semantic validations, not proof of model neutrality, complete source fidelity, provider transparency, production safety, legal authority, scientific validity, or public-reader comprehension.
Gate and boundaries
HI-8 is complete at v0.1 with a PASS WITH CONDITIONS gate. Remaining conditions include hidden role escalation, practical source-review burden, minority-retention overload, provider opacity, subtle sycophancy, human-approval theater, provider-controlled witnesses, and independent public-reader testing.
The I.8 specification, H.8 page, matrices, schemas, demonstrations, fixtures, and export remain working/candidate artifacts. Installation does not make them canonical or production specifications.
Roadmap transition
The next paired pass is HI-9:
- I.9 Consentful Training, Source Standing, and Model Lineage Specification
- H.9 What the Model Learned From Us
HI-9 should remain phase-locked through source standing, collection and authorization, dataset lineage, scope, annotator and preference provenance, model constitution, synthetic ancestry, withdrawal, unlearning, derivative-model correction, benefit-sharing, and consent boundaries across training, operation, and deployment.
