G.8 grounds the dependent-loop analysis beside institutional transplantation, capability traps, organizational ecology, historical institutionalism, path dependence, hybrid organizations, AI alignment, graceful degradation, and AI decommissioning.
Its strongest candidate contribution is a shared consent-and-standing grammar for substrate, recruitment, drift, exit, dissolution, and system afterlife—not discovery of the neighboring failure modes. The review keeps cultural mismatch distinct from cultural purity, portability distinct from legitimacy, shutdown distinct from dissolution, and dissolution distinct from erasure.
G.8 remains a research and claim-boundary artifact. The dependency record and dissolution checklist are not legal, organizational, clinical, or production-operational specifications.
Roadmap transition
G.8 is complete as a working review package. F.6/G.7 are now installed and the former provenance gap is closed. F.8/G.9 and F.9/G.10 are also installed as the succeeding conceptual and research pairs.
