G.7 grounds temporal standing beside personal identity, future-self continuity, intertemporal choice, commitment devices, advance directives, fiduciary governance, intergenerational justice, future-generation representation, institutional succession, event sourcing, bitemporal databases, temporal logic, and versioned policy.
The review requires temporal standing to add reviewable authority, future possibility, succession integrity, and release without becoming paternalistic or surveillance-heavy. It distinguishes continuity from sameness, history from continuing authority, commitment from permanent sovereignty, remembered consent from renewed consent, record persistence from legitimacy, future representation from future consent, and release from historical erasure.
G.7 remains a research and claim-boundary artifact. The Temporal Standing Record is not legal standing, a surveillance system, or a production specification.
