Telic Fields G.4 — Plural-Self and Clinical-Boundary Review
Parent lineage: The Telic Field Papers
Source artifacts
- G.4 plural-self and clinical-boundary review
- F.3/G.4 boundary and terminology matrix
- F.3/G.4 candidate constitutional-self safety profile
- Complete F.3/G.4 intake package
The complete package passed its internal SHA-256 manifest before intake. The ZIP hash is 36e39e15a93f2880dc150f457796846b03c5257c1a8f320752e63efce9c77f1c.
Working finding
G.4 places the constitutional-self proposal beside dialogical self theory, Internal Family Systems, ego-state and modes traditions, structural dissociation, predictive processing, embodiment, self-distancing, and relational formation. It separates therapeutic usefulness from proof of literal internal ontology and keeps memory, clinical, and AI boundaries explicit.
The review establishes person-level sovereignty, user-controlled vocabulary, source/inference separation, ontology neutrality, non-diagnostic operation, memory discipline, expiration, dependence monitoring, stabilization, local custody, and human handoff as safety requirements. AI may organize user-authored reflection, but may not diagnose, declare hidden entities real, infer recovered memories, bypass consent, or serve as the sole crisis resource.
G.4 remains a research and claim-boundary artifact, not a clinical protocol or production specification.
Roadmap transition
G.4 is complete as a working review package. F.4 and G.5 are now installed as the next conceptual and research pair. The next stage is G.6, Capacity, Complexity, and Requisite Variety Review, alongside F.5.
