Working finding
G.12 grounds consentful-training governance beside research ethics, data protection, purpose limitation, copyright and licensing, dataset documentation, provenance, RLHF/DPO/RLAIF, Constitutional AI, machine unlearning, opt-out signals, synthetic data and model collapse, data trusts, cooperatives and commons, CARE/OCAP, community data governance, benefit sharing, and succession.
The clearest candidate contribution is a source-, authority-, disagreement-, withdrawal-, benefit-, and succession-aware training lineage joined to—but not collapsed into—the F.10 deployment architecture. The review distinguishes access from permission, permission from consent, documentation from legitimacy, public from ownerless, human feedback from human consent, source deletion from model forgetting, and unlearning attempt from verified removal.
G.12 remains a research and claim-boundary artifact. The training profile, evidence matrices, and lineage record do not replace legal, ethical, community-specific, or production governance.
Roadmap transition
G.12 completes the planned adjacent-fields review sequence. FG-S is now installed as the cross-paper bridge. The next pass is HI-0 — Controlled Branch Opening before deeper H.1 or I.1 branching.
