The complete package passed its internal SHA-256 manifest before intake. The ZIP hash is 4ac86aa1c71819eff99b4ad6a8f07a10cc5ad32c0eed25a7c5c24cc31a5f906e.

Working focus

F.6 defines temporal standing as the requirement that temporally displaced states or successors remain represented in present decisions that materially constrain the conditions they will inherit. It develops continuity without perfect sameness, present authority as temporary governance, future possibility as a protected condition, commitment as temporal recruitment, inherited-authority review, versioned consent, temporal witness, identity as a continuity protocol, succession, release from prior teloi, temporal breach, and repair.

The candidate Temporal Standing Record tracks valid time, recording time, prior authority, future affected centers, preserved and closed possibilities, irreversible effects, commitments, present/future/successor standing, consent and authority versions, uncertainties, review triggers, release conditions, and temporal lifecycle status.

The record remains a research schema rather than a production specification. F.6 remains a candidate paper and does not become canonical by installation.

Roadmap transition

F.6 is complete as a candidate working paper. F.7 and G.8 are installed as the next conceptual and research pair.
