Working focus
F.5 defines context carrying capacity as action-adequate preservation of relevant plurality, provenance, uncertainty, and standing. It distinguishes capacity from storage, bandwidth, working-memory span, and token count, and develops effective versus constitutional standing, capacity profiles, capacity debt, minimum viable context, protective omission, routing, graceful degradation, stop capacity, escalation, recovery, and constitutional retrieval.
The candidate profile treats capacity as multidimensional rather than a universal score. Its dimensions include standing coverage, contradiction tolerance, semantic resolution, temporal span, provenance and uncertainty retention, routing, recovery, privacy, participant load, escalation, and stop capacity.
The profile is a research artifact and does not become a production specification or a measure of human worth by installation. F.5 remains a candidate paper and does not become canonical by installation.
Roadmap transition
F.5 is complete as a candidate working paper. F.6/G.7 are now installed, followed by the already-installed F.7/G.8 pair. The temporal sequence is now locally represented before advancing to F.8/G.9.
