Working focus
F.3 develops the constitutional self as a governance model for internal plurality while preserving the person as the sovereign external unit. It distinguishes executive control from selfhood, permits internal representation without independent external sovereignty, and treats witness, context routing, embodiment, temporal standing, legitimacy, breach, repair, and rest as constitutional concerns.
The paper’s minimum protocol scopes authority, separates evidence from interpretation, protects omitted standing, prefers reversible action, and preserves review and release. Its AI section treats AI as a constitutional tool under person-level authority rather than an oracle of authentic selfhood.
F.3 remains a candidate paper and does not become canonical by installation.
Roadmap transition
F.3 is complete as a candidate working paper. F.4 and G.5 are now installed as the next conceptual and research pair. The next stage is F.5, Context Carrying Capacity, alongside G.6 review.
