Working focus
F.11 defines consentfully trained models as a qualified training-lineage profile rather than a binary moral badge. It treats training as outer-loop recruitment and develops source and community standing, training authority, transition-specific provenance and restrictions, dataset documentation, human labor, preference provenance, RLHF/DPO/RLAIF, model constitutions, withdrawal and unlearning truthfulness, synthetic-data lineage, benefit governance, model succession, and separate training and operation profiles.
The lineage record tracks source collections, authority basis, provenance transformations, human contributions, preference governance, constitutions, training events, synthetic-data recursion, withdrawal and unlearning evidence, succession, benefits, accountability, and lifecycle status.
F.11 remains a candidate paper. Consentful operation does not retroactively make unconsented training consentful; consentful training does not guarantee consentful deployment. The record and profiles remain research artifacts, not production specifications, and do not become canonical by installation.
Roadmap transition
F.11 completes the planned foundation-paper sequence. FG-S is now installed as the cross-paper bridge. The next pass is HI-0 — Controlled Branch Opening before deeper H.1 or I.1 branching.
