Working focus

F.10 defines semantic polytelometry as a bounded architecture through which language models preserve and transform plural projections long enough for their owners to inspect, correct, coordinate, and navigate them. It separates field, projection, trail, context, mirror, and route, and assigns models explicit roles such as extractor, structurer, translator, comparator, retriever, route generator, challenger, mediator, witness assistant, and narrowly delegated executor.

The architecture binds model capability inside source, standing, authority, consent, provenance, trajectory, contestability, recourse, human re-entry, and lifecycle controls. It distinguishes source, model, provider, and institutional-action layers; addresses sycophancy, false attunement, agentic planning, tool use, memory, and model-mediated breach; and defines proportional governance tiers.

The session record, role matrix, and minimum viable architecture are research artifacts. The model may increase field legibility without gaining title to the field, route, or decision; these artifacts are not Phase I production specifications and do not become canonical by installation.

Roadmap transition

F.10 is complete as a candidate working paper. F.11, G.12, and FG-S are now installed, completing the planned F/G bridge sequence. The next pass is HI-0 — Controlled Branch Opening before deeper H.1 or I.1 branching.
