Shimmerflow
This branch collects the Shimmerflow world-design documents: a resonance-first game concept and the first runtime integration note that binds it to Triloop.
It reads as a standalone project seam rather than a loose note pair. The codex names the player experience and aesthetic philosophy, while the integration note defines the recursive runtime underneath it.

Working Read
Shimmerflow is framed as a nested-reality exploration game where progress is measured by coherence, witnessing, remembering, and perspective shift rather than conquest. The player can move between avatar, environment, flow, and substrate layers, so the design language treats agency as a change in lens rather than a flat sequence of wins.
The Triloop integration note sharpens that into architecture. LoopLang governs truth and consent mechanics, LoopStory governs symbolic memory and emotional recursion, and LoopGame governs play and feedback. Together they keep the project from collapsing into either a linear story or a merely procedural game.

Next Actions
- Keep the codex and the Triloop integration spec together unless a larger Shimmerflow design family appears.
- Bring forward markdown conversion when this branch becomes an active semantic-extraction target.
- Route future world, runtime, or glyph-memory notes here if they clearly name the same game lineage.
