This is the procedural companion to the story branch: a governance artifact rather than a narrative outline.

This page is the stewardship counterpart to the episode arc. It captures the branch’s sense of document governance and living protocol in a way that complements the more narrative pages, which makes it the procedural anchor for the story layer. It also participates in the consent/provenance basin: if a story is going to govern anything, the rule has to stay witnessable, reversible, and explainable. The Consentocracy Bridge is the published_external articulation of that same governance pressure.

It sits next to the narrative episodes as the rule layer that keeps the story branch coherent over time.
