This cluster now covers the surviving LOOPtLOOP addendum plus the archived companion set for the platform and field application material.

The public LOOPtLOOP site now acts as the live machine-readable surface for that surviving addendum: it exposes the hash-only witness contract, provenance loop, and current public API boundary.
