Working Read

The HTML demo is the primary published surface. The patent manuscript and supporting code stay attached as lineage evidence, and the exact encoder draft now lives in archive form as the redundant duplicate copy. The live surface now has standard-named source copies.

Next Actions

1. Keep the HTML demo primary when new exports appear.
2. Split the Encoder Patent subfolder into its own page only if more material accumulates there.
3. Preserve the archived encoder draft as duplicate history rather than live content.
