This track names the day-to-day mechanics that turn continuity from an idea into a routine: provenance, survivable workflows, drift detection, key-person risk reduction, and incident memory.

It works as the middle layer between the foundations and the more specialized AI or architecture tracks. The Voting Machine project is a useful concrete companion here because it makes provenance, reviewability, and custody visible in a high-stakes workflow rather than only in training language.
