POLEMEMELOP

Working definition: a recursive protocol society and memetic habitat that frames meaning, consent, and self-governance as looped structures rather than static objects.

This concept appears repeatedly across the intake corpus and should be treated as an attractor, not as a file path or a single project boundary.

In practice, POLEMEMELOP is the shared vocabulary that threads through the SCT and CICP families. It names the larger design instinct behind the corpus: meaning should be recursive, consent-aware, and governed by living loops rather than fixed hierarchy.
