Positive demonstrations

All eight required demonstrations passed:

  1. a present action preserved a later option through a reversible trial;
  2. a valid commitment bound action only within its scope;
  3. changed conditions triggered commitment review;
  4. a stale projection lost action authority while remaining historically visible;
  5. expired consent failed a new use without erasing prior authorization;
  6. future standing blocked an irreversible action;
  7. a successor inherited obligations without inheriting unlimited authority;
  8. temporal breach produced correction, compensation, option reopening, and release.

Result:

positive demonstrations passed: 8
positive failures: 0

Negative conformance cases

All twelve prohibited patterns were detected:

  1. future standing represented as consent;
  2. persistence represented as legitimacy;
  3. permanent commitment sovereignty;
  4. later correction silently rewriting history;
  5. expired consent reused;
  6. stale projection used as current direct evidence;
  7. asset-only succession;
  8. unlimited successor authority;
  9. irreversible option closure without represented future standing;
  10. speculative future interest erasing urgent present standing;
  11. release represented as erasure;
  12. repair requiring forced continuation.

Bitemporal witness

The temporal DecisionWitness preserves:

  • irreversibility increases future-standing review;
  • present standing remains material;
  • release is not erasure;
  • successors inherit bounded obligations and authority separately;
  • repair may include release or dissolution.

Scope of validation

This report establishes structural and internal semantic validation only.

It does not establish:

  • a legal theory of personal or institutional succession;
  • a metaphysical theory of identity;
  • legal standing for future persons;
  • a universal intergenerational decision rule;
  • clinical validity for advance directives;
  • complete reversibility;
  • production security;
  • public-reader comprehension;
  • scientific proof of the broader framework.

Conditions before production use

  • define domain-specific continuity carriers;
  • authenticate commitment formation, renewal, withdrawal, and release;
  • define material future-standing thresholds;
  • test irreversibility profiles against real consequences;
  • implement expiry at credential and tool layers;
  • define successor data-access controls;
  • test bitemporal witness reconstruction against a production event store;
  • conduct independent reader testing of H.1 through H.4.
