Independent repository evidence verifies that Stages D and E were applied and remain in the current lineage.

Reported stale metadata remains in:

• the active project index;
• the ingested HI-S PHASE-STATUS.md.

The stale statement says D/E installation is unconfirmed.

The active replacement should state:

Stages D and E were applied through verified Git commits, remain present in the current repository lineage, and passed targeted link checks, build, and validation.

The archived HI-S source artifact should remain unchanged. A superseding wiki correction or erratum should govern active status.
