The Telic Field Papers: Cross-Paper Synthesis
Executive synthesis
The Telic Field Papers develop one coherent architecture from a simple observation:
Possible states matter differently to different centers of standing.
That difference is prior to optimization.
A center does not expose its whole field. It projects enough of what matters for a particular relation or action. The early series formulation—

Not every legitimate institutional or public action is governed by individual consent. Other authority bases include:
