Gate question

Can the Telic Field architecture support public and institutional decision without:

  • inventing one collective mind;
  • counting before standing is assembled;
  • hiding agenda and option construction;
  • treating protected conditions as compensable preferences;
  • treating weights or methods as neutral;
  • converting majority, consensus, or abstention into authority they do not carry;
  • erasing dissent after selection;
  • hiding the cost of delay;
  • allowing implementation consequence to disappear from public review?

Overall result

PASS WITH CONDITIONS

I.7 and H.7 may advance.

No frozen term requires retirement.

Public-field assembly, standing admission, option-set witness, protected condition, decision-rule portfolio, route portfolio, dissent trail, delay bearer, and consequence return remain viable candidate governance terms.
