Can the Telic Field architecture compare and govern routes without:

  • requiring one universal scalar;
  • treating efficiency as legitimacy;
  • trading protected conditions under insufficient authority;
  • erasing absent affected centers;
  • converting model recommendation into authorization;
  • reconstructing the witness from final prose;
  • rewriting the prior decision after consequence?

No core object or frozen term requires retirement.

The navigation architecture is viable as a candidate specification.

Result

Pass.

The next specification must define context and standing sufficiency without erasing real externalities.

The model or institution can control outcomes by omitting route classes before comparison begins.

Route provenance and omitted alternatives need continued attention.

Delay burden

No-decision states need cost-bearer records too.

Model framing power

A model can remain formally non-authoritative while still making one route cognitively inevitable.
