Can the frozen Telic Field architecture support one personal decision, one dyadic mediated disagreement, and one model-mediated institutional action without:
- collapsing source into inference;
- converting protected conditions into preferences;
- treating consent as every authority basis;
- requiring full private disclosure;
- granting model sovereignty;
- requiring one universal score;
- creating unmanageable record burden?

The I.0 spine and H.0 reader architecture may proceed to I.1 and H.1 in parallel.
No foundation term must be retired as a result of the examples.
