2.3 Polytelometric navigation

Polytelometry makes the multiple ends acting upon a system legible in relation to one another.

No derived loop is self-grounding.

Every higher relationship depends upon constitutive lower relationships that made it possible. Not all omission is breach.

• Protective omission — context is temporarily withheld because the receiver cannot safely metabolize it.
• Capacity omission — context is absent because the loop cannot presently hold it.
• Strategic compression — only the information necessary for the scoped decision is transmitted.
• Distortive omission — removed context changes the apparent meaning or telos.
• Constitutional erasure — a relevant element is systematically denied representation, so its standing cannot affect decisions.

The sensitive rule is that increasing context is not automatically beneficial. Partition, suppression, or compartmentalization may have protected the system.

Candidate principle:

Increase the capacity for consentful context exchange without exceeding the ability of participating elements to remain present.

A healthy self can route the right context to the right relationship at the right resolution.

7.3 Capacity overflow

When a loop exceeds capacity, it must:
