The AI Witness is a firm-level, local-first observability system that provides structured visibility into how an organization actually operates.

It does not execute work. It does not change data. It does not override human authority.

It observes, interprets, and compresses organizational activity into clear, role-scoped insight.

The Witness becomes a continuously running mirror of the firm’s operational reality.
