Core Aphorism (ULiUA)

If you don’t know what you want to do, notice what you’re doing. If you want to do it, you know. If you don’t, you also know.

If you don’t know what you want to do, just notice what you’re doing. Wanting tells you. Not wanting tells you too.

When you don’t know what you want to do, notice what you’re doing. Desire is information. So is its absence.

Unsure what to do? Notice what you’re doing. Wanting knows.

When people say they "don’t know what they want," the confusion usually isn’t about lack of information—it’s about divided consent.

At any moment, you are already doing something. That action contains information.

Instead of forcing a decision, simply notice what you are currently doing. This removes pressure and creates a neutral observation point.

If you want to be doing the thing you’re doing, that wanting is real data. You don’t need further justification. Wanting is sufficient.

If you do not want to be doing what you’re doing, that too is clear knowledge—even if you don’t yet know the alternative.

You don’t need to know what you want instead in order to know whether you consent to what is happening now.

This reframes indecision as a present‑moment consent check, not a future‑oriented optimization problem.

The result is gentle clarity without self‑coercion.
