ULiUA Aphorism
If you don’t know what you want to do, notice what you’re doing. If you want to do it, you know. If you don’t, you also know.
---
This is an invitation, not an instruction.
You don’t need to force clarity, make a plan, or justify yourself. Simply pausing to notice what is already happening is enough. Wanting and not wanting are both forms of knowing, and neither is wrong. This gentle attention returns authority to your own experience and allows direction to emerge without pressure.
You are allowed to know in this way.
