A rapid, lovable foundation for Dialogica, whatdoyoumeanby.com, and a growing ecosystem of consent‑aware systems.

This document outlines:

  1. How to get the consent‑gated semantic clarifier live quickly (weeks, not years).
  2. Assumptions and design constraints that keep it out of the tarpit.
  3. A parallel “living map” project that shows how this infrastructure snaps into the broader ecosystem as a missing keystone.

The guiding heuristic: build Lego‑like primitives first, then let complexity emerge by composition, not doctrine.
