If AI Can Do Everything… What’s Left?

Here’s what most people are missing:

AI is about to make expertise abundant.

Customer service. Accounting. Marketing. Legal.

Available to anyone.

So why won’t everyone win?

Because AI doesn’t remove the hardest part of business.

It exposes it.

Imagine hiring four brilliant professionals and putting them in your conference room.

What happens?

Nothing.

They wait.

For direction. For priorities. For someone to define success. For someone to own the tradeoffs.

AI isn’t a productivity tool. It’s staff.

And staff require:

Clarity. Decision rights. Boundaries. Accountability. Memory.

AI makes execution cheap.

It does not make judgment cheap.

When expertise becomes abundant, coordination becomes the moat.

Leverage increases consequence. Consequence increases the need for continuity.

If you’re scaling AI inside your organization, the question isn’t “Which tools?”

It’s:

Who owns the decisions? What persists over time? What prevents drift?

That layer is what I’m building at ContinuityOffice.com.
