Inter-Dimensional Navigation Manual (v0.1)

Introduction

This manual provides five core methods for intentional dimensional navigation: Radio-Tuner Protocol, Anchor & Return Loop, Multi-Band Awareness Map, Consent-Based Frequency Dial, and Stabilized Observer Technique.

A. Radio-Tuner Protocol

Purpose

Consciously select cognitive/emotional attractors by tuning felt-sense frequencies.

Steps

  1. Sense background frequency.
  2. Name current band.
  3. Shift frequency via breath, attention, or intention.
  4. Wait for dimensional "snap."
  5. Explore insights available in this band.

Safety

"I consent to tuning frequencies that support clarity, stability, and sovereignty."

B. Anchor & Return Loop

Purpose

Maintain safe exploration with guaranteed re-entry to a stable base dimension.

Steps

  1. Select baseline frequency.
  2. Declare: "This is my home dimension."
  3. Note sensory markers.
  4. Slip intentionally.
  5. Use return cue: "Return."
  6. Re-enter baseline attractor.

C. Multi-Band Awareness Map

Purpose

Identify and map recurring inner-state dimensions.

Steps

  1. Observe natural slips.
  2. Name bands.
  3. Identify entry and exit conditions.
  4. Record sensory/emotional signatures.
  5. Build a Dimensional Atlas.

D. Consent-Based Frequency Dial

Purpose

Ensure dimensional transitions respect autonomy and clarity.

Steps

  1. State: "I consent to dimensions supporting clarity and coherence."
  2. Decline destabilizing loops.
  3. Engage inner dial and choose frequency.
  4. Allow shift to arise.

E. Stabilized Observer Technique

Purpose

Maintain meta-awareness of dimensional transitions.

Steps

  1. Adopt observer stance: "I am the one who notices the dimension I'm

in."

  1. Watch attractor formation.
  2. Feel pre-thought frequency.
  3. Allow the dimension to arise.
  4. Maintain observer tether.
